eBike Motor – Bosch Performance Line CX (Smart System) drive unit with 85Nm maximum torque, 250W nominal power. Features four power settings including Tour+, that allows riders to focus on riding whilst being economic on power usage, and eMTB mode which automatically adjusts

eBike display – Bosch LED Remote allows for easy use and visibility for the rider, also connecting to Bosch’s eBike Flow App to give the rider even more insight and control at their fingertips

eBike battery – Bosch PowerTube 750Wh internal, perfectly integrated into the a with an intuitive lockable mechanism for easy removal. Reaches full charge in less than 6 hours, and just over 2 hours for half charge. Supplied with Bosch’s 4A Compact Charge

How long will it take for my eBike to arrive?

We have a wide range of eBikes available, with deliveries usually taking up to 5 working days. If a bike is out of stock, contact us for an estimated restock date.

What is involved with the assembly of my bike with each shipping order?

Free shipping: The bike arrives 90% assembled, so just unbox it, straighten the handlebars, and tighten them with an allen key. Attach the pedals and tighten with a spanner. Accessories will be fitted if possible, otherwise sent separately. Dedicated courier: An Addison Lee or similar will deliver your fully assembled bike with protective packaging and a smooth delivery experience. Premium delivery: Our team member will bring your fully assembled bike in our electric van, provide a detailed handover, explain features, and give maintenance tips. Cargo Bikes: Collection or delivery options available.

Can I order online and collect in store?

Of course! You have the option of ordering any of our products online and collecting them from our store.

I have purchased an eBike or scooter from another retailer or second hand, I have a problem, can you assist?

We provide servicing, warranty work, and repairs for bikes purchased from Fully Charged. This policy ensures that our customers receive the best service possible. Additionally, we only stock parts for brands that we sell at Fully Charged. Please note that as the top eBike retailer, we do not sell eScooters and cannot assist with them.

Where should I get my electric bike serviced?

Whether you’re local to one of our locations, or you live far away, we will provide either physical support to you from our Service Centre or guidance as to where you can get your bike maintained.

The 6 month guarantee

In the unlikely event that you experience a warranty issue with your new eBike and where a simple fix cannot be found remotely, for the first six months we will cover the costs of all warranty service, including return shipping, labour and parts, If you are outside of the six months, just get in touch. As an E Bike rider, our Technical Support team is always here to help work with you to find a solution.

What kind of maintenance will my eBike require?

Our phrase we say to every customer during their handover is to ‘keep up’ and not ‘catch up’ when it comes to maintaining your eBike.
